Build a content plan from real customer questions
A practical social calendar balances service explanations, useful answers, original work and business updates. Start with the questions customers actually ask.
Four content roles
| Role | Example brief |
|---|---|
| Explain | Show what a service includes and who it suits. |
| Demonstrate | Annotate an approved deliverable and explain a decision. |
| Answer | Address a recurring question about scope, cost or process. |
| Invite | Offer an appropriate next step for interested customers. |
Plan production before frequency
Agree who supplies footage, who approves claims and which formats the team can sustain. A calendar that depends on unavailable assets will drift into generic posts. Reuse one substantial explanation as a short video, annotated image and linked resource when each format adds value.
Connect social and search
Use consistent business information and direct people to the relevant service or resource page. Customer questions in comments can improve website FAQs. Social activity supports discovery and brand familiarity; a post count is not a promise of search rankings.
Review business usefulness
Track useful inquiries, recurring objections and relevant visits alongside reach. A post that answers a buying question may be commercially useful without becoming a high-reach entertainment piece.
